1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix (small)
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
2 – 3 oz. boxes Instant Jello pudding, pineapple
may use lemon and vanilla pudding (1 box of each)
Can of crushed pineapple ( 13 1 /2 oz.)
1 qt. Cool Whip
Bake cake mix as directed, using a 9 x 13″ pan. Cool. Mix together and beat well the cheese, milk, and pudding. Spread on top of cooled cake, then spread on the well drained pineapple, followed by the Cool Whip. Sprinkle with broken nut meats. Chill 24 hours.
