This is a quick and easy dish someone made for us when Kailey was a newborn.
6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 boxes of stove top stuffing mix
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 soup cans of broth from cooking chicken
Boil chicken in water. Do not discard broth. Cut chicken into cubes and arrange in bottom of 13″ x 9″ pan. Spread cream of chicken soup over meat. Mix stuffing and butter and spread on top of soup. Pour broth over all and cook at 350° for 35 minutes.
