1 can med crushed pineapple
1 box Yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 c. water
4 eggs
Mix cake ingredients (not including pineapple) together and bake 35 to 40 min at 350° in a 9×13″ greased and floured pan. Remove cake from pan in 15 minutes and place on serving tray. When cake has cooled, punch holes in top of cake with a fork. Pour can of pineapple over the cake with juice. It is important to use all of the juice, pouring most on sides and corners.
Frosting:
1 box of vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 medium container of Cool Whip
Mix pudding and milk together in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Blend with Cool Whip and cover cake. Refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
