2 small or 1 large pkg. lime jello
2 c. boiling water
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 pint whipping cream (unbeaten)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans (or walnuts)
Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in marshmallows and chill slightly. Blend cream cheese and whipping cream; blend in chilled jello mixture until smooth. Add drained pineapple and nuts. Return to refrigerator and chill until congealed.
