2 heaping Tb. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. margarine or 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix cornstarch and milk; cook until thick. Cool. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Mix in cornstarch mixture; beat until fluffy and add vanilla. Very good on chocolate cake.
